Referral Bonuses
I would like to introduce you to my Referral Bonus Program. When any of my past or current buyer, seller, rental, or property management clients refer me to their friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc..., I will provide a Thank You Bonus when the referred party BUYS or SELLS their home with me. The bonus is UNLIMITED and valid as long as I'm a Realtor®. They must mention your name so I know you referred them to me and as soon as the closing takes place, you'll receive your Bonus within 5 business business days.
BONUS CHOICES: You can select one (1) of the following choices
#1 - Up to three (3) Busch Gardens Annual Park Passes which includes unlimited visits to the park all season long,
discounts on merchandise and food, free regular parking, 50% discount for Christmas Town and a discount
ticket for a friend that comes along. Plus you'll also receive a $70 Visa Gift Card to use for gas and food on

New Buyer Client Bonus
If you are looking to buy a home and you choose to work with me as your exclusive buyers agent to represent you in the purchase of your home, you will receive the following bonus:

New Seller Client 2011 Spring Bonus
The following offer is valid between now and May 15, 2011.
If You're Selling then Buying - I will list and market your home for a 3% commission when you list your home with me, then if you sign a buyers agent agreement with me to represent you in your next purchase, you will also receive a Visa Gift Card valued between a minimum of $300-$12,000. If You're Just Selling - I will list and market your home for a 3% commission instead of the typical 5%-6% commission most agents will charge you.
*In addition - Any home owner that lists with me anytime in 2011 will receive an invitation to try my Sells on Sunday system which will charge a 2% commission fee of the purchase price if I sell your home during that sale. This type of sale does not involve a buyers agent, which allows you an additional 1% reduction in commission fees verses paying an agent anywhere from 3%-6%. Even with some brokers, you'll pay around $2,995 to list, but you still end up paying a 3% commission to a buyers agent in the end.
